It's kind of hot in Dallas

It's been a week since we got back from Texas. Mommy's cousin Sonja got married. We were there to watch. It was a beautiful outdoor wedding and reception in Arlington.

Other than the wedding being a highlight, one of my favorite parts was getting to ride on a bus. A real bus. We got on at the airport, after riding on a plane, and got off at this place with all sorts of cars. I think Mommy and Daddy referred to them as rentals. Anyway, it was quite a ride.

We also went into Dallas. It was kinda hot. Being hot makes me feel sort of tired. As you can see, Mommy dealt with the heat a little better than me.

We found some random water shooting from the ground. It helped us cool down a bit. (That's me hiding behind the water.)

Arlington is the home of the Dallas Cowboys mega stadium. We went into the pro shop to cool down. (It was hot in Arlington too.) This can probably go unsaid, but Daddy's crazy sometimes.

I also got lots of hugs in Texas. This is Gracie. She's Peter and Heather's daughter. Peter is Mommy's cousin. She was real fun to play with.

At the wedding, I wore a real pretty dress, if I may say so myself.

Mommy and Daddy didn't look too bad either.

Overall, I'd say, don't mess with Texas.
